Regional Manager South Europe & Africa

Your key responsibilities:

As Regional Director South Europe & Africa, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth in your region. You are the face of our organization and know how to effectively convey our value proposition to clients and partners. You combine strategic vision with hands-on execution and steer both operational excellence and commercial results.

  • Value-based selling: You understand and represent our unique added value as a solution-driven partner in the market.
  • Strategic planning: You develop and implement a long-term plan aligned with our group strategy, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, client acquisition, and market share.
  • P&L responsibility: You take full responsibility for the profit and loss of the region and for achieving strategic goals.
    Team leadership: You lead the Country/Area Managers, support recruitment and development, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder management: You build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and influence them to accelerate commercial growth.
  • Market analysis: You closely monitor market trends and competitor activities to steer strategic decisions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with headquarters and other branches and lead cross-functional projects to improve commercial and operational performance.
  • Compliance & reporting: You ensure compliance with internal procedures and regularly report on progress and performance through KPIs.

Your profile:

  • Education & experience: Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant sector.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
  • Leadership qualities:
    • You know how to motivate and guide teams toward growth.
    • You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
    • You have a strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset.
    • You are a connector who prioritizes the interest of the team.

  • Commercial & technical skills: You can convincingly present and sell our solutions, preferably with experience in solution selling and a customer-centric approach.
  • Digital skills: Proficient with tools such as CRM systems, MS Teams, and Office applications.
  • Analytical ability: You can translate data into targeted actions and strategies.
  • Mindset: You are customer-oriented, ambitious, resilient, eager to learn, and open to new challenges and development within the organization.

Your workplace will be the Reynaers Campus in Duffel, the headquarters of Reynaers Group and Reynaers Aluminium. The campus houses various departments including R&D, Operations, our Technology Center, Training Center, and over 62,000 m² of warehouse space.
In this role, frequent travel to Southern Europe and Africa is expected.
