Sales Coordinator / Business Development Executive
Your key responsibilities:
In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and regional leaders to support, coordinate, and drive strategic initiatives that elevate our sales performance and business development activities across international markets. You will join our dynamic team in Duffel.
Your further responsibilities are:
- Work closely with the CSO to support the success of all CSO regions
- Follow up on strategic initiatives launched by HQ and ensure local implementation
- Design and support sales strategies to drive regional growth
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of country heads
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and data analysis
- Coordinate and support budget control and cost optimization efforts across regions
- Facilitate smooth communication between the HQ and country/regional heads
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports: sales performance, forecasts, competitor analysis, project updates, and financial summaries
- Guide and implement digital sales tools (Salesforce, Qlik Sense, Cornerstone, etc.)
- Participate in business reviews across the CSO region
- Proactively support solutions to challenges such as profit decline, operational inefficiencies, or market competition
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a technical related field
- A strong sales mindset with proven experience in a commercial or coordination role
- Familiar with digital tools and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Qlik Sense)
- Strong understanding of sales, finance, and operational business functions
- Analytical thinker with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the CSO regions
- Deep connection to and presence at our Headquarters in Duffel, Belgium
