Teamleader Maintenance

We are looking for a driven Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. The maintenance team consists of technical employees who are responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our buildings and installations. 

As team leader of this team, you are responsible for managing the technical employees in your team and for managing external contractors. You personally report to the Maintenance manager & Projects and, together with him, are responsible for structuring the processes within the department.
 
Job description:

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will undertake the following tasks:

  • Leadership experience, where you are able to motivate and manage a team.
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance operations.
  • Problem-solving ability and decisiveness to respond quickly and effectively.
  • Digital affinity to initiate software improvements.
  • Strong communication skills to be in dialogue with the entire company and external firms (English proficiency)
  • Flexibility, with willingness to be on call after regular hours and on weekends.
  • Knowledge of 5s and ISO is a plus.
  • Stress resistance, remaining calm in challenging situations.

To be successful in this role, we require the following competencies:

  • Initial leadership experience is desirable, but if you are motivated and have ambition to lead, do not hesitate to apply.
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance work is useful in this role, but some technical affinity and interest is a must.
  • Problem-solving ability and decisiveness to respond quickly and effectively.
