Ville G
Where once stood two traditional farmhouses, you can now find two wonderfully renovated villas overlooking the gentle hills of Ancona, Italy. This skilful transformation pays respect to the original rustic architecture and incorporates modern materials to become a symbol of the local identity. In this context, fabricator DGA Infissi expertly provided steel-look SlimLine 38 windows and doors by Reynaers Aluminium. Discover the result below!
Elegant contrast
The first villa, facing east, is surrounded by citrus, olive and cypress trees and overlooks a unique panoramic view. To make full use of the living space, the owners of the villa decided to enclose the portico, creating a large and bright dining room. To enjoy the scenery as much as possible, the residents were looking for innovative window and door solutions. These not only had to be able to effectively close off the openings in the old portico, but do so with respect to the original architecture as well. At the same time, the joinery should frame the panoramic view in an aesthetic way from every angle.
SlimLine 38: comfort and timeless design
What was the solution that met all these project needs? Reynaers Aluminium SlimLine 38 windows and doors. Thanks to these minimalistic profiles you can let in an abundance of natural light and enjoy wide views without interruption. Despite its slim design, SlimLine 38 is a very robust system that allows for great spans of glass to give an added sense of spaciousness indoors.
For fabricator DGA the choice was clear: the slim lines and refined details of the aluminium system would perfectly enhance the brick architecture of the home, meeting the performance and living comfort demands of the new renovation project.
In the end, happy customers are the best free advertisement a fabricator can get. Given the positive reaction of the family in the first villa, their neighbours quickly requested a similar solution, albeit in a different style and colour. This shows the power of SlimLine 38: high level of finishing in every detail and unlimited freedom of design.
